Troubleshooting Tips
- Check your internet connection. For smooth HD streaming, a stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended.
- Make sure your Xtream Codes (login details) are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.
- Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
- Restart your device and also restart your router/modem.
- If you’re using a VPN, try switching to a different server or turning it off temporarily to test whether that fixes the issue.
- Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, reopen it, then test again.
- Some internet providers restrict IPTV traffic. If you suspect that’s the case, a VPN can often improve access.
