Legal Notice
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This legal notice applies to use of the website, subscription services, setup information, technical guides, and related communications from IPTVCore made available to customers in Switzerland.
It sets out the limits of our role, user responsibilities, how third-party intellectual property is handled, and the process for reporting copyright concerns. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory right or obligation that applies under Swiss law.
General Disclaimer
IPTVCore provides subscription login details, technical setup help, and customer support intended for use with compatible IPTV player applications and devices.
IPTVCore doesn't manufacture televisions or streaming devices, doesn't develop every player application mentioned on the website, and doesn't control the customer's internet connection, device settings, software, or network.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, IPTVCore claims no ownership of channels, applications, trademarks, programme names, channel names, logos, or other third-party material referenced for identification or compatibility purposes.
Service availability can be affected by technical maintenance, device compatibility, changes at third parties, internet routing, VPN use, ISP restrictions, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control. References to compatible devices, applications, features, channels, categories, or resolutions don't guarantee that every item will remain available permanently.
Intellectual Property
The IPTVCore name, logo, original website design, text content, graphics, and other materials created for this website belong to IPTVCore or are used under appropriate licence.
All third-party product names, application names, channel names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other protected marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reference to a third-party trademark or application is made solely for identification, compatibility, guidance, or informational purposes. Such references don't imply any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation between IPTVCore and the relevant rights holder unless expressly stated in writing.
Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected website content without the relevant rights holder's prior written permission. Swiss copyright law protects literary, visual, audiovisual, software, and other protectable works, and usage rights must, where relevant, be granted by their owner.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring their access to and use of an IPTV subscription, player application, channel, programme, stream, or other content is lawful in Switzerland and in any other jurisdiction from which they use the service.
IPTVCore can't determine the individual licensing status of every channel, programme, application, device, or third-party source available to a given person.
Users shouldn't assume that the technical ability to access content automatically means they have the legal right to watch, copy, record, retransmit, restream, or commercially exploit that content.
When in doubt, users should seek independent legal advice or confirmation from the relevant broadcaster, platform, application provider, or rights holder before accessing or using the content.
User Obligations
By using the website or subscription service, users agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
- Comply with Swiss law and any other law applicable to their location or activity.
- Respect copyright, broadcasting rights, trademark rights, privacy, and other third-party rights.
- Not copy, record, retransmit, restream, share, resell, or commercially exploit protected content without the necessary rights.
- Not share login details beyond the device count included in the purchased plan.
- Not use the service to facilitate fraud, unauthorized access, piracy, circumvention of technical protection measures, or other unlawful activity.
- Maintain reasonable security for login details, devices, applications, and internet connections.
- Obtain any licence required by a third-party IPTV player or application.
- Follow reasonable setup, security, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Notify IPTVCore promptly if login details are suspected to have been compromised or misused.
IPTVCore may suspend or terminate access where there's reasonable suspicion of unlawful use, sharing of login details, resale, security abuse, or another material breach of the applicable terms.
Copyright Concerns
IPTVCore respects copyright and related intellectual property rights.
A rights holder or authorized representative who believes material referenced on the website infringes their rights may submit a report to: support@iptvcore.com
The report should include:
- The complainant's full name and contact details.
- Identification of the protected work or right involved.
- Identification of the specific page, URL, reference, or material complained of.
- An explanation of why the use is considered unauthorized.
- Evidence that the complainant owns the right involved or is authorized to act for the rights holder.
- A statement that the information submitted is accurate and provided in good faith.
- Any supporting documentation reasonably needed to assess the request.
IPTVCore may acknowledge the report, request additional information, review the material involved, restrict access, remove a reference, or take another proportionate step, as appropriate.
Submitting a report doesn't guarantee immediate removal. Every request is assessed on its facts and within the applicable legal framework.
The term "DMCA" is often used for copyright reports, but the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act doesn't replace the copyright and intermediary-liability rules that apply in Switzerland. Reports concerning the Swiss service are handled under the law applicable to that case.
Not Legal Advice
The information on this page is provided for general informational purposes only.
It doesn't constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, or a complete explanation of Swiss law. Laws, regulatory guidance, licensing agreements, and court interpretations can change.
Users and rights holders should consult a qualified lawyer if they need advice on copyright, broadcasting rights, consumer law, digital service liability, or the legality of a particular use.
Accessing this page, using the website, or contacting customer support doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.
