Getting IPTV Running
Install IPTV On Your Kit
Walkthroughs By Device
Tap whatever you plan on watching with, and a plain-English walkthrough opens up to carry you from the first step to the last.
A quick heads-up
The subscription itself is the only thing we sell; which compatible player app you pair it with is entirely down to you. A handful of outside players do charge separately for a licence once their trial window closes.
A phone comparison makes it click straight away: your subscription behaves like a SIM, while whatever player app you install is merely the handset holding it.

When Something Misbehaves
- Start with your internet connection. For smooth HD viewing, aim for a steady 15 to 20 Mbit/s that doesn’t drop out anywhere.
- Double-check your Xtream Codes (login details) are entered correctly. Keep an eye on upper and lower case — they matter.
- Update your IPTV player app to the latest version — it saves a lot of hassle with loading and playback.
- Power-cycle both your device and your router/modem.
- Running a VPN alongside? Try a different server, or switch it off briefly to see if that’s what’s causing it.
- Clear the cache on your IPTV player app, close it fully, then give it another go.
- Some internet providers throttle IPTV traffic. Suspect that’s happening? A VPN usually gets you past it.
