Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Welcome to IPTVCore.
Available here in English, these rules cover how iptvcore.com may be used and what applies when you buy or use an IPTVCore subscription in Belgium.
Browsing the site, asking for a free trial, or signing up for a subscription all mean you're accepting these Terms in full.
1. Legal Notice
IPTVCore is the company behind iptvcore.com, offering IPTV streaming subscriptions across a number of EU countries; it has no registered physical office located in Belgium.
Get in touch through the Contact page and we'll gladly share the publishing entity's full legal details on request.
- Publisher: IPTVCore
- Hosting provider: Vercel Inc.
- Contact: via the Contact page form or WhatsApp
2. About IPTVCore
IPTVCore provides subscription login details, along with set-up guidance, meant for use with a compatible IPTV player app and a suitable device.
Nothing beyond the subscription service itself is part of what we're selling here.
A subscription purchase carries no ownership stake in, and no licence for, third-party apps; some cost nothing to use, while others bill you separately through their own developer.
3. Eligibility
Before using the service, you must:
- Be at least 18, or the legal age that applies where you live.
- Be legally capable of committing yourself to a binding agreement.
- Provide us with correct contact and payment information.
- Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes.
4. Orders and Activation
The market page shown to you sets out the available subscription lengths, device limits, currency, and price.
We treat an order as accepted once:
- Payment has been confirmed.
- The requested subscription has been approved.
- Activation details have been issued.
Activation is normally completed within the timeframe stated during checkout, though delays can occur due to payment checks, technical maintenance, or incomplete customer details.
5. Devices and Applications
As the customer, it's your responsibility to have:
- A device that works with the service.
- A stable internet connection.
- A suitable IPTV player.
- Any third-party app licence required by your chosen player.
We're happy to suggest apps that pair nicely with our service; even so, whatever terms, prices, and privacy rules a third-party developer sets remain fully in force.
6. Permitted Use
Your subscription is intended for the number of devices you purchased.
You must not:
- Try to work around any technical safeguard we have in place.
- Cause disruption to our servers, accounts, security tools, or fellow users.
- Put the service to any use that the law doesn't allow.
- Introduce harmful code or attempt to access systems you're not authorised to reach.
- Hand off or sell on your login credentials to someone else.
- Connect more devices than your subscription allows for.
- Copy the service, rebroadcast it, or otherwise turn it into a commercial offering.
Should credential sharing, fraud, misuse, or a security breach seem reasonably likely, we reserve the right to suspend or close your access.
7. Content Availability
What's on offer, from channel lineups and categories to language options, resolutions, schedules, and programming, can shift at any time.
Maintenance work, a technical glitch, a third party's own changes, internet-routing quirks, or other matters reasonably beyond our control can all cause a channel or content source to drop out for a while.
An uninterrupted, always-on channel lineup, every single time, is not something we're in a position to promise.
Whatever law applies in your location is the standard you need to meet: checking that your use of the service, and any content you watch through it, lives up to that is on you.
8. Prices and Payments
The current price is shown on the market page presented to you.
Depending on the market detected, that price may be shown in EUR or another currency we support.
Before completing payment, check:
- Your subscription length.
- The number of devices.
- The total price.
- The payment method chosen.
An outside payment provider may end up handling your payment details; when that happens, IPTVCore has no need to keep your full card information on file.
9. Trials
A trial may be limited in duration, device count, available content, or because of an earlier trial you've already used.
We may turn down a trial request that's repeated or clearly abusive.
A trial exists purely so you can test-drive the service; devices, players, networks, and channels are not guaranteed to perform identically once you become a paying subscriber.
10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Our Refund Policy governs how a refund request gets handled, and it never overrides any consumer right that legally can't be waived.
Your statutory rights stand fully intact, untouched by the extra 48-hour guarantee we choose to offer voluntarily.
11. Support
You can reach our support team at:
support@iptvcore.com
We may also assist you through WhatsApp or another contact channel shown on the site.
Reasonable help with getting your subscription activated and running on a compatible setup is what our support covers; promising support for every conceivable third-party device or app isn't something we can do.
12. Intellectual Property
Software, graphics, original content, the website's design, and the IPTVCore name and logo are either owned by IPTVCore or used under permission from the rights holder.
Copying, reproducing, altering, publishing, or putting our website's material to commercial use all require our prior written go-ahead first.
Ownership of any third-party name, app, or trademark stays exactly where it already sits, with the party that holds it.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle personal data.
14. Suspension and Termination
A subscription may be suspended or ended by us when:
- Someone puts the service to a use the law doesn't permit.
- Our systems come under attack or interference from the user.
- The user commits a serious breach of these Terms.
- A payment bounces back or turns out fraudulent.
- Login credentials end up shared with, or sold to, someone else.
- The device limit gets exceeded on a repeated basis.
When it's reasonably within our power, we'll let you know what triggered the suspension and open the door for you to reach our support team.
15. Limitation of Liability
Liability the law won't allow us to exclude remains fully intact under every clause of these Terms.
As far as the law permits, IPTVCore carries no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss that traces back to:
- An app supplied by a third party.
- A restriction set by a VPN service or internet provider.
- A disruption at a content source outside our control.
- A setup mistake made on the customer's side.
- Login details passed along without our authorisation.
- An interruption in your internet connection.
- A device that turns out incompatible with our service.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
Whenever it's reasonably called for, we may make updates to the website, what the service offers, our prices, or these Terms themselves.
Once we publish a significant change, or otherwise let you know about it, that's the point from which it takes effect.
Any consumer right you've already picked up through a purchase you've made stays intact, no matter what changes later.
17. Governing Law
The law of IPTVCore's home country applies to these Terms; that said, it takes nothing away from the mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your own country of residence, Belgian consumer guarantees included.
A dispute should first be raised with:
support@iptvcore.com
Should no resolution follow, escalating to the appropriate consumer-protection authority or a court remains an option for settling the dispute.
