Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Before you spend a cent, IPTVCore wants you satisfied that the service actually suits your device, your internet line, and your viewing habits.
Free Trial
If a free trial happens to be on offer, we'd rather you use it before paying for a subscription.
During the trial you're able to:
- Put the service through its paces on your own hardware.
- See whether it plays nicely with the IPTV player you already use.
- Judge whether your internet connection can keep up.
- Work out if the package on offer really matches what you're after.
A free trial only shows the service working at that moment — it's not a promise that every outside channel, app, device, or internet connection will keep running without a hitch.
48-Hour Refund Guarantee
Separate from any mandatory consumer right you might hold, IPTVCore throws in a voluntary 48-hour refund guarantee on a first eligible subscription purchase.
That 48-hour clock starts running as soon as your subscription login details reach you or get switched on.
To request a refund, get in touch at: support@iptvcore.com
In your message, note down the email address or contact details tied to your order, plus a quick rundown of what went wrong.
When a Refund Applies
You can usually expect a refund approved in cases such as:
- The service simply won't activate, even though you've followed our set-up guide exactly.
- A verified technical fault is stopping the subscription from working properly.
- What you're getting is clearly not what the package you paid for promised.
- You've submitted the request inside the refund window that applies to you.
Where the underlying issue looks technical, we may ask you to try a short list of reasonable fixes before we approve a refund on that basis.
Cases That Might Not Qualify
A refund can be declined where the root problem traces back to:
- Internet service that's too slow, unreliable, or falls short in some other way.
- A VPN, proxy, router, a restriction set by your internet provider, or a setting on your own device.
- A third-party player that's unsupported or wrongly configured.
- A licence charge or payment requirement that a third-party app demands.
- Skipping the set-up instructions we provided.
- Using the subscription on additional devices beyond what was bought, or passing it on to someone else through sharing or resale.
- A brief outage tied to one particular channel or an outside content source.
- Requests submitted after the relevant window for this kind of claim has already ended, in cases where the law does not otherwise require us to accept a cancellation.
What we sell is the IPTV subscription and nothing else. Any third-party player licence, activation charge, or in-app purchase sits apart from that and won't be refunded by IPTVCore.
Changing Your Subscription
Wherever it's technically doable, anyone on a longer subscription plan can ask us for:
- A switch to a different device.
- A move to a compatible package.
- New login credentials.
Whether we can grant this comes down to your subscription's current status, what's technically achievable, and whether the change would need extra devices or services on top.
A subscription can't be passed on or resold to anyone else unless we've agreed to that in writing.
Statutory Withdrawal Right
Depending on the law that applies to you personally, you may hold mandatory rights to cancel or withdraw as a consumer.
Consumers based in the European Economic Area, Belgium included, are usually entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period on online purchases. Different rules kick in where a digital service starts right away at your own express request. Nothing here cuts down any right that the law won't let us exclude.
Handling an Approved Refund
Once approved, a refund goes back out, wherever reasonably possible, through the same payment method you originally used.
Exactly when the money lands depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
