What IPTVCore hands you is subscription login access, guidance to get set up, and a support team to lean on — all meant to work alongside an IPTV player app and a device capable of running it.

We're not in the business of building TVs or streaming boxes, and plenty of the player apps referenced on our site were built by somebody else entirely; the internet connection, how the device is set up, what software's running, or how the network itself is configured — none of that is within our reach either.

Logos, broadcaster names, the branding on third-party apps, trademarks, channel names, and show titles might turn up here purely to identify something or flag compatibility — none of that is IPTVCore claiming ownership, unless we've said so in writing ourselves.

Maintenance work, a device compatibility hiccup, a change made by some outside party, how internet traffic gets routed, running a VPN, a restriction from your provider, or any number of other things beyond what we can reasonably control, can all get in the way of the service running smoothly. Mentioning that a channel, category, feature, resolution, app, or device works with our service is never a guarantee it'll keep working that way forever.

IPTVCore owns everything purpose-built for this site — the brand name, the logo, the layout, the copy, the graphics, all of it — unless a specific licence says otherwise for a particular piece.

Trademarks, service marks, logos, and any name tied to a product, app, broadcaster, or channel that belongs to somebody else stays that party's property, plain and simple.

If a brand or app from outside IPTVCore comes up on our site, that's purely to identify it, explain compatibility, or make things easier for you to set up — it's not a sign that IPTVCore is sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or in any way officially tied to that other company, unless we've explicitly said so ourselves, in writing.

Copying, reproducing, republishing, altering, distributing, or commercially exploiting protected content taken from this site needs the rights holder's written go-ahead beforehand — there's no working around that. In Belgium, copyright protects things like text, images, audiovisual works, and software, provided they meet the legal criteria, and using them the way the law requires means getting the rights owner's permission first.

Whether it's lawful to access and use a given IPTV subscription, channel, stream, programme, or player app — not to mention any other content — that's on the user to confirm, both here in Belgium and in any other jurisdiction they happen to be connecting from.

There's no way for IPTVCore to check the licensing status of every single app, device, programme, channel, or outside source a specific user happens to reach.

Just because you can technically access something doesn't mean you're legally allowed to watch it, save a copy, record it, pass it along, restream it, or make money off it — one doesn't automatically follow from the other.

Not sure? Check with whoever's actually involved — the broadcaster, the platform, whoever provides the app, or the rights holder — or talk to a lawyer who doesn't work for us, before you access or use anything.

Copyright, and the intellectual-property rights that go with it, are something IPTVCore takes seriously.

• proof that you own the right at stake, or that you're authorised to represent whoever does,
• your assurance that everything here is true, and that you're not making it up,
• any paperwork that would help us look into this properly.

Depending on what's going on, IPTVCore might take down the link in question first, handle it in whatever way actually suits the case, let you know the notice landed, follow up with questions of our own, dig into the flagged material, or cut off access to it.

Submitting a notice is no promise that content disappears right away — each case gets looked at on its own merits, under whatever legal rules apply. The EU's Digital Services Act can require certain providers to handle notices that are precise enough and respond in good time once they've properly confirmed the content is actually illegal.

A lot of people say "DMCA" when they really mean a copyright notice, but that's a US law — the Digital Millennium Copyright Act — and it doesn't override the rules on copyright and intermediary liability that actually apply in Belgium and the rest of the EU. When it comes to notices about our Belgian service, we work from whichever law genuinely fits the situation at hand.
