Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Thanks for stopping by IPTVCore.
For customers in Sweden who prefer reading things in English, this page lays out exactly what applies when you visit iptvcore.com and when you request a trial or buy a subscription from us.
Simply put: using the site, asking for a trial, or going through with a purchase means these terms apply to you.
2. About IPTVCore
What you're actually purchasing from IPTVCore is a set of subscription login credentials plus setup guidance, meant for pairing with an IPTV player app and device that support it.
That subscription access is the entirety of what we sell — nothing else.
None of that transfers ownership of, or a licence for, any third-party player app to you. Some of those apps cost nothing to use; others bill you separately through their own developer.
3. Eligibility
Using the service means you need to meet a few basic conditions:
- You're 18 or older, or you've already reached whatever age counts as legal adulthood where you live.
- You're legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- The contact and payment information you give us is accurate.
- You'll use the service only for lawful purposes, and only for yourself.
4. Orders and Activation
Whatever subscription lengths, device tiers, currencies, and prices are on offer at any given time appear on the market page you're viewing.
Three things need to happen before we treat an order as accepted:
- Your payment goes through successfully.
- We approve the subscription you asked for.
- Your activation details go out to you.
We usually hit the activation window we quote you at checkout, but a payment review, some maintenance work, or incomplete details on your end can occasionally slow that down.
5. Devices and Applications
Getting set up on your end is your job, and that means arranging:
- A device that's actually compatible.
- An internet connection that holds up.
- An IPTV player built to work with our service.
- Whatever licence that particular player app might require from a third party.
We're happy to point you toward apps that tend to work well, though anything made by a third party still runs on that developer's own terms, pricing, and privacy rules — not ours.
6. Permitted Use
The device count you paid for is the device count your subscription covers — no more.
A handful of things are off the table entirely:
- Get creative about bypassing any technical restriction we've put in place.
- Hand your account credentials to anyone else, or put them up for resale.
- Push past the number of devices your particular plan is licensed for.
- Introduce malware, or otherwise try to force your way into parts of the system you're not cleared for.
- Record, rebroadcast, republish, or otherwise turn the service into a source of commercial income.
- Cause disruption to our infrastructure, to other customers' accounts, to security measures, or to fellow users.
- Put the service to any use that breaks the law.
Should we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, fraud, shared credentials, or a security breach, we can pause or shut down access accordingly.
7. Content Availability
Nothing about the channel lineup, categories, languages, resolution options, schedules, or programming is locked in place — expect it to shift now and then.
A given channel or content source can drop out temporarily for reasons like scheduled maintenance, a technical glitch, something changing on a third party's side, routing issues across the internet, or other circumstances that are genuinely beyond what we can control.
We're not in a position to promise that every single channel stays live around the clock without exception.
Making sure the way you use the service, and whatever you choose to watch through it, stays within the law of the country you live in — that responsibility sits with you.
8. Prices and Payments
The price that applies to you is whatever appears on the market page the site shows you.
Prices adapt automatically to whichever market our system identifies you as browsing from — SEK, EUR, or another supported currency, depending on the case.
It's worth double-checking, before you actually hit pay, that these all look right:
- How long the subscription runs.
- The number of devices covered.
- The total you're being charged.
- The payment method you've selected.
since correcting any of it gets harder once the payment's gone through.
IPTVCore itself doesn't need to store your complete card number, since an outside payment processor typically handles that side of the transaction.
9. Trials
How long a trial runs, how many devices it covers, what content it includes, and whether you've already claimed one before — any of that can restrict what you're offered.
Requests that look repetitive or abusive are ones we reserve the right to decline.
Think of the trial purely as a way to try before you buy — it's not a binding assurance that every device, player, network setup, or channel will act identically once real money's involved.
10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Anyone asking for a refund gets handled per IPTVCore's own Refund Policy, layered on top of whatever consumer rights apply and can't legally be signed away.
Our voluntary 48-hour guarantee is an addition to your statutory protections, never a substitute that chips away at them.
11. Support
Our support line is:
support@iptvcore.com
WhatsApp, or whichever other contact channel is listed on the site, works too.
What support covers is reasonable help getting your subscription active and your setup running on a compatible device — not a guarantee that we can troubleshoot literally every device or third-party app out there.
12. Intellectual Property
IPTVCore owns outright — or holds permission to use — the software running behind the scenes, the site's visual design, our own graphics and written content, and the IPTVCore name and logo themselves.
Reworking, republishing, or selling anything pulled from our website is off-limits unless you've got our written go-ahead beforehand.
Ownership of any outside name, application, or trademark that shows up on this page stays exactly where it already sits — with the party that holds it.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly how your personal information gets handled.
14. Suspension and Termination
A subscription can get suspended or ended outright under circumstances like these:
- Your usage repeatedly runs past the device limit tied to your plan.
- We find credentials from your account circulating or being resold elsewhere.
- The service ends up put toward something unlawful.
- These Terms get breached in a way we consider serious.
- Our systems come under attack or deliberate interference from your end.
- A payment linked to your account is reversed or shown to be fraudulent.
Wherever it's practical, you'll get an explanation of why access was cut and a chance to follow up with support afterward.
15. Limitation of Liability
Any liability the law simply won't let us disclaim stays fully intact here — nothing in these Terms changes that.
Beyond that floor, and to whatever extent the law permits, IPTVCore carries no responsibility for indirect or knock-on losses tied to things such as:
- A third-party app or piece of software causing trouble.
- Credentials from your account ending up in someone else's hands without our knowledge.
- Hardware or a device on your end that the service was never built to support.
- A VPN or your ISP throttling or blocking the connection.
- Mistakes made while setting things up on the customer's own system.
- An external content provider going dark on their end.
- Your internet dropping out or becoming unreliable.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
Reasonable circumstances may lead us to revise the website, adjust service features or pricing, or update these Terms outright.
Once we publish a significant change, or otherwise notify you of one, it takes effect from that point forward.
None of that operates retroactively — whatever consumer protections came bundled with an order you placed before the change stay fully in place.
17. Governing Law
The law of wherever IPTVCore is legally established is what governs these Terms, though that never overrides the mandatory consumer protections available to you where you actually live — Sweden's included.
The first stop for any dispute should be:
support@iptvcore.com
Where that fails to sort things out, escalating to a court or the consumer authority with jurisdiction is the next step available to you.
