Every IPTVCore subscription comes with customer support, a full set of login credentials, and guidance getting everything set up — meant to be used alongside compatible IPTV player apps and devices.

Whatever happens inside a customer's own software, network, connection, or device settings sits beyond our control. We don't build the televisions or streaming boxes people use either, and we're not behind every player app referenced on the site.

Unless we've said otherwise in writing, IPTVCore doesn't claim ownership over any logo, broadcaster name, programme title, app, channel, trademark, or other third-party element mentioned to identify the service or explain compatibility.

How available the service is can shift because of how internet traffic gets routed, VPN use, scheduled maintenance, restrictions an ISP applies, changes made by outside parties, device compatibility, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control. Listing a channel, resolution, device, category, app, or feature as compatible isn't a guarantee it stays available forever.

The site's original design, its graphics, the editorial text, the IPTVCore logo, the brand name itself, and other material built specifically for this site belong to IPTVCore, or get used under a valid licence.

Logos, trademarks, service marks, channel names, product names, app names, broadcaster names, and other protected identifiers belonging to third parties always remain the property of whoever holds them.

Where a third-party brand or app gets mentioned, it's there to explain compatibility, help you as a user, or identify the service — not because that rights holder endorses IPTVCore, has any connection to us, sponsors what we do, or partners with us, unless we've stated that expressly in writing.

Protected material on the site can't be altered, distributed, put to commercial use, copied, republished, or reproduced without the relevant rights holder giving written permission first. Copyright law protects software, audiovisual works, literary works, visual works, and other qualifying material, and anyone wanting to use such a work needs authorisation from whoever holds the rights, where that's required.

It's on you to make sure it's lawful to watch a live stream, a programme, a channel, or other content, and to use a player app or an IPTV subscription the way you do — both in Sweden and in any other place you happen to be using the service from.

IPTVCore has no way of checking the licensing status of every device, outside source, app, programme, or channel a user might reach through the service.

Being technically able to reach a piece of content doesn't automatically mean you're legally entitled to pass it on, restream it, put it to commercial use, watch it, record it, or copy it.

If you're not sure, check directly with the rights holder, the app's developer, the platform, or the broadcaster, or get independent legal advice, before accessing or using the content.

A complete notice should cover:

• Proof that you hold the right in question, or are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.

• Any supporting documents reasonably needed for us to look into the matter.
• A description of the protected work or right involved.
• The reasoning behind why you consider the use unauthorised.
• Confirmation that what you're telling us is accurate and given in good faith.

IPTVCore might restrict access, take down a reference, look into what's being flagged, ask for extra details, confirm the notice has come through, or take some other step proportionate to the situation.

Providers covered by the EU's Digital Services Act may be required to act within a reasonable time on sufficiently precise notices, once illegal content has been properly identified. Filing a notice is no guarantee that anything comes down immediately, though — every case gets assessed on its own facts and under whatever legal framework applies.

Even though the term "DMCA" gets used loosely to describe copyright notices generally, it's whichever law actually applies to the circumstances that determines how a notice about the Swedish service gets handled — the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act doesn't take the place of the copyright and intermediary-liability rules in force across Sweden and the EU.
