Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Before you commit to a subscription, IPTVCore wants you confident the service actually fits your device, your connection, and how you like to watch.
Free Trial
A free trial, when one's on offer, is worth requesting before any money changes hands for a subscription.
Here's what a trial period lets you sort out ahead of time:
- Whether your internet connection can keep up with steady streaming.
- How the service behaves on the actual device you'll be watching from.
- Whether the IPTV player you already use plays nicely with it.
- Whether the package you're eyeing genuinely covers what you want to watch.
None of that amounts to a promise that every third-party channel, app, device, or internet connection will run glitch-free.
Our 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
On top of whatever mandatory consumer protections apply to you, IPTVCore throws in a voluntary 48-hour money-back guarantee for qualifying first-time subscription purchases.
That 48-hour clock starts running the moment your login credentials go out or get activated.

Refund Eligibility
These are the circumstances where a refund is generally on the table:
- You've filed the request inside the refund window that applies to your purchase.
- What actually got delivered doesn't match the plan you paid for in any meaningful way.
- A verified technical problem is keeping the subscription from working at all.
- Activation simply won't go through, even though our setup steps were followed correctly.
For anything technical, our support team will typically want you to try a few reasonable troubleshooting steps first, before a refund gets the green light.
Situations That May Not Qualify
A refund can get turned down when the root cause traces back to:
- Setup instructions that weren't followed.
- The subscription being shared, resold, or stretched across more devices than were paid for.
- A single channel or outside content source going down temporarily.
- A connection that's too unstable, throttled, or otherwise not up to the task.
- A VPN, proxy, router, carrier restriction, or device setting getting in the way.
- A third-party player that's unsupported or set up wrong.
- License or payment obligations tied to a third-party app, separate from us entirely.
- A request that lands after the refund window has already closed, with no statutory cancellation right behind it.
The IPTV subscription is the only thing we actually sell. Any third-party player licence, activation charge, or app purchase falls outside that and won't be refunded by IPTVCore.
Subscription Changes
Customers on longer plans can request, technical limits permitting:
- Getting fresh login credentials issued.
- Moving to a different, compatible package.
- Switching which device the subscription runs on.
Whether that gets approved comes down to the subscription's current status, what's technically doable, and whether the change would mean adding devices or services.
Handing a subscription off to someone else, or reselling it, isn't allowed without our written sign-off first.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Depending on where you're legally covered, you may hold mandatory rights to cancel or withdraw that go beyond anything IPTVCore offers voluntarily.
Shoppers based in the European Economic Area, Sweden included, typically get a 14-day withdrawal period on purchases made online. Different rules kick in once a digital service starts right away at the customer's own explicit request. Nothing here cuts into rights that the law doesn't allow to be waived.
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds go back out, wherever reasonably possible, using the same payment method you originally paid with.
Exactly when the money lands is really up to your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, not us.
