IPTVCore provides subscription credentials and related setup assistance for use with compatible IPTV player applications and devices.

We sell the subscription service only.

IPTVCore does not automatically provide ownership of, or licences for, third-party applications. Some player applications may be free, while others may require a separate payment to their developer.

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Use the service only for lawful personal purposes.

An order is accepted when:

• The requested subscription has been approved.
• Activation credentials have been issued.

Activation is normally completed within the timeframe communicated during the order process, but delays may occur because of payment verification, technical maintenance, or incomplete customer information.

The customer is responsible for having:

• A compatible device.
• A stable internet connection.
• A compatible IPTV player.
• Any third-party application licence required by the selected player.

IPTVCore may recommend compatible applications, but third-party applications remain governed by their own developers, terms, prices, and privacy policies.

Your subscription is intended for the number of devices purchased.

You must not:

• Share or resell login credentials.
• Exceed the purchased device limit.
• Copy, redistribute, restream, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit the service.
• Attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
• Interfere with servers, accounts, security controls, or other users.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, credential sharing, or security abuse is reasonably suspected.

Channel, category, language, resolution, schedule, and programme availability may change.

Individual channels or content sources may experience temporary interruption because of maintenance, technical faults, third-party changes, internet routing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every individual channel at all times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service and any content accessed complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Current prices are displayed on the market-specific website page presented to the customer.

Depending on the detected market, prices may be displayed in EUR or another supported currency.

The customer must review the selected:

• Subscription duration.
• Number of devices.
• Total price.
• Payment method.

before completing payment.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. IPTVCore does not need to store full card details when payment is handled by such a provider.

A trial may be limited by duration, device, content availability, or prior trial usage.

We may refuse repeated or abusive trial requests.

A trial is provided for evaluation and does not create a guarantee that every device, player, network, or channel will always perform identically after purchase.

Refund requests are governed by the IPTVCore Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

The voluntary 48-hour guarantee does not remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Support covers reasonable guidance relating to subscription activation and compatible setup. We cannot guarantee support for every third-party device or application.

The IPTVCore name, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and software are owned by IPTVCore or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or commercially use our website materials without prior written permission.

Third-party names, applications, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate a subscription where:

• Payment is reversed or fraudulent.
• Credentials are shared or resold.
• Device limits are repeatedly exceeded.
• The service is used unlawfully.
• The user attacks or interferes with our systems.
• The user materially breaches these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for suspension and provide an opportunity to contact support.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVCore is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by:

• Internet outages.
• Incompatible devices.
• Third-party applications.
• VPN or ISP restrictions.
• External content-source interruptions.
• Customer configuration errors.
• Unauthorised credential sharing.

We may update the website, service features, prices, or these Terms when reasonably necessary.

Material changes will apply from the date they are published or otherwise communicated.

Changes do not remove consumer rights already acquired under an existing purchase.

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where IPTVCore is established, without removing any mandatory consumer protection rights available to customers in their country of residence, including the rights available to consumers in Austria.
