Disclaimer
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the use of IPTVCore's website, subscription services, setup information, technical guidance, and related communications made available to customers in Austria through the English-language version of the website.
It explains the limits of our role, the responsibilities of users, the treatment of third-party intellectual property, and the procedure for reporting copyright concerns. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory rights or obligations that apply under Austrian or European Union law.
General Disclaimer
IPTVCore provides subscription access credentials, technical setup guidance, and customer support for use with compatible IPTV player applications and devices.
IPTVCore does not manufacture televisions or streaming devices, develop every player application mentioned on the website, or control the internet connection, device configuration, software, or network used by the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, IPTVCore does not claim ownership of third-party channels, applications, trademarks, programme names, broadcaster names, logos, or other third-party materials referenced for identification or compatibility purposes.
Service availability may be affected by technical maintenance, device compatibility, third-party changes, internet routing, VPN use, ISP restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. References to compatible devices, applications, features, channels, categories, or resolutions do not constitute a guarantee that every item will remain continuously available.
Intellectual Property
The IPTVCore name, logo, original website design, written content, graphics, and other materials created for this website are owned by IPTVCore or used under an appropriate licence.
All third-party product names, application names, broadcaster names, channel names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other protected identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reference to a third-party brand or application is made solely for identification, compatibility, instructional, or informational purposes. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorisation, or affiliation between IPTVCore and the relevant rights holder unless this is expressly stated in writing.
Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected website content without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder. Austrian copyright law protects literary, visual, audiovisual, software, and other qualifying works, and rights of use must be granted by the relevant owner where required.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of any IPTV subscription, player application, channel, programme, stream, or other content is lawful in Austria and in any other jurisdiction from which they use the service.
IPTVCore cannot determine the individual licensing position of every channel, programme, application, device, or third-party source available to a particular user.
Users should not assume that the technical ability to access content automatically means that they have the legal right to view, copy, record, redistribute, restream, or commercially exploit that content.
Where there is uncertainty, users should seek independent legal advice or obtain confirmation from the relevant broadcaster, platform, application provider, or rights holder before accessing or using the content.
User Obligations
By using the website or the subscription service, the user agrees to:
- Use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
- Comply with Austrian law and any other law applicable to their location or activity.
- Respect copyright, broadcasting, trademark, privacy, and other third-party rights.
- Avoid copying, recording, rebroadcasting, restreaming, sharing, reselling, or commercially exploiting protected content without the necessary rights.
- Avoid sharing subscription credentials beyond the number of devices included in the purchased plan.
- Avoid using the service to facilitate fraud, unauthorised access, piracy, circumvention of technical protection measures, or any other unlawful activity.
- Maintain appropriate security for login credentials, devices, applications, and internet connections.
- Obtain any licence required by a third-party IPTV player or application.
- Follow reasonable setup, security, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Inform IPTVCore promptly if credentials are suspected to have been compromised or misused.
IPTVCore may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unlawful use, credential sharing, resale, security abuse, or another material breach of the applicable terms.
Copyright Concerns
IPTVCore respects copyright and related intellectual-property rights.
A rights holder or authorised representative who believes that material referenced through the website infringes their rights may submit a notice to: support@iptvcore.com
The notice should include:
- The full name and contact details of the complainant.
- Identification of the protected work or right concerned.
- Identification of the specific page, URL, reference, or material complained about.
- An explanation of why the use is believed to be unauthorised.
- Evidence that the complainant owns the relevant right or is authorised to act for the rights holder.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Any supporting documents reasonably required to assess the request.
IPTVCore may acknowledge the complaint, request additional information, investigate the relevant material, restrict access, remove a reference, or take another proportionate step where appropriate.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee immediate removal. Each request will be assessed on its facts and under the applicable legal framework. Providers covered by the EU Digital Services Act may be required to process sufficiently precise notices and act in a timely manner where illegal content is properly identified.
The term “DMCA” is commonly used for copyright notices, but the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act does not replace the copyright and intermediary-liability rules applicable in Austria or the European Union. Notices concerning the Austrian service will be handled under the law applicable to the relevant circumstances.
