IPTVCore respects intellectual-property rights and takes credible copyright concerns seriously.
This policy explains how copyright owners and their authorised representatives can report material referenced or made available through iptvcore.com, how we review those reports, and how affected parties may challenge a removal or restriction.
Where the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies, we will consider valid notices submitted under Section 512 of the DMCA. For services and users in Austria or the European Union, reports may also be assessed under applicable Austrian copyright law, the EU Digital Services Act, and other relevant legislation.

Names of broadcasters, channels, applications, programmes, devices, trademarks, and other third-party materials may be referenced solely for identification, compatibility, instructional, or informational purposes.
Such references do not imply that IPTVCore owns, sponsors, operates, or is affiliated with the relevant third-party rights holders unless expressly stated.
Where we receive a sufficiently detailed and credible complaint identifying allegedly infringing material, we will review the report and take proportionate action where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Requesting additional evidence.
- Removing or correcting material from our website.
- Disabling a specific link or reference.
- Restricting access to material.
- Contacting a relevant service provider.
- Preserving relevant records where legally required.
- Rejecting a notice that is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or directed at material we do not control.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal. Each notice is assessed individually according to the information supplied and the applicable law.
How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Required Information
Your copyright notice should include the following:
1. Your Contact Details
Provide:
- Your full legal name.
- The organisation or rights holder you represent, where applicable.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- Your postal address.
- Confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the Protected Work
Clearly identify the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe has been infringed.
Where several works are involved, you may provide a representative list, provided that every item can be identified clearly.
Include supporting information where available, such as:
- The title of the work.
- The original publisher or rights holder.
- Registration details, where applicable.
- Official source URLs.
- Licensing or ownership documentation.
- Screenshots or other relevant evidence.
3. Location of the Reported Material
Identify the allegedly infringing material precisely enough for us to locate and assess it.
Include, where applicable:
- The exact iptvcore.com URL.
- The page title.
- The relevant text, image, logo, link, or reference.
- A screenshot showing the reported material.
- A channel or content title.
- Any other specific identifying information.
General statements such as “your website infringes my rights” may not be sufficient without exact URLs or other information enabling us to locate the material.
The EU Digital Services Act similarly expects notices to contain a reasoned explanation and sufficiently precise information, such as exact URLs, enabling the provider to identify the allegedly illegal material.
4. Explanation of the Complaint
Explain:
- Why you believe the material infringes your rights.
- Which rights you own or represent.
- Why the reported use is not authorised.
- Whether you previously contacted another relevant party.
- What action you are requesting from IPTVCore.
5. Required Statements
Include a statement substantially confirming that:
- You have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorised by the rights holder, its representative, or applicable law.
- The information provided in the notice is accurate.
- You are the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- You understand that knowingly submitting materially false information may have legal consequences.
Where a formal DMCA notice is intended, include all statements and information required under 17 U.S.C. §512, together with your physical or electronic signature. Official DMCA procedures require specific identifying information, good-faith and accuracy statements, and a signature.
6. Signature
Provide your physical or valid electronic signature.
Typing your full legal name at the end of the email may serve as an electronic signature where legally acceptable.
Copyright Review Process
1. Notice Received
We acknowledge receipt where reasonably possible and check whether the notice contains enough information to investigate.
2. Initial Review
We assess:
- Whether the complainant has identified themselves.
- Whether the relevant right and material are clearly identified.
- Whether the reported material is accessible through or controlled by IPTVCore.
- Whether the notice provides a reasonable legal and factual basis.
- Whether the requested action is technically and legally possible.
3. Additional Information
If the notice is incomplete, we may request clarification, evidence of authority, ownership documents, or a more precise URL.
The review may remain paused until the necessary information is supplied.
4. Appropriate Action
Where a complaint appears valid, we may take proportionate action, including removing or correcting website content, disabling a specific reference, or contacting the affected party.
Any action should target the specifically identified material and should not unnecessarily restrict unrelated lawful information. This targeted approach is reflected in the Digital Services Act.
5. Notification
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may inform the person or party affected by the complaint and provide an opportunity to respond.
Response-Time Commitment
IPTVCore aims to acknowledge complete copyright notices as quickly as reasonably possible.
Urgent and well-documented complaints will be prioritised. However, we do not guarantee that every complaint will be fully investigated or resolved within 24 hours.
The time required depends on:
- The completeness of the notice.
- The number of reported items.
- The complexity of the ownership or licensing issue.
- Whether additional information is required.
- Whether third-party providers must be contacted.
- Applicable legal and procedural requirements.
Removing the fixed 24-hour guarantee avoids promising a deadline that may be impossible for a complex legal complaint while still committing to timely and diligent processing.
False, Misleading, or Abusive Claims
Do not submit a copyright notice where you know that:
- You do not own or represent the relevant rights.
- The identified material is not present on IPTVCore.
- The complained-of use is authorised.
- The claim materially misrepresents the relevant facts.
- The notice is intended to harass, intimidate, suppress lawful speech, or interfere with a competitor.
A person who knowingly submits a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notification may face liability under Section 512(f) where United States law applies.
You should obtain independent legal advice before submitting a notice if you are uncertain about ownership, licensing, fair use, quotation rights, permitted uses, or another legal exception.
Counter-Notification and Appeals
A person who believes that material was removed, corrected, or restricted by mistake may submit a response or counter-notification to:

The response should include:
- Your full legal name.
- Your email address, telephone number, and postal address.
- Identification of the material affected.
- The URL or location where the material appeared.
- An explanation of why you believe the action was mistaken or unjustified.
- Any evidence of ownership, authorisation, licence, permission, or lawful use.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where a formal DMCA counter-notification applies, the sender must additionally provide the jurisdictional and service-of-process statements required by United States law. A valid DMCA counter-notice can trigger a statutory process under which material may be restored after 10–14 business days unless the complainant begins qualifying court proceedings.
For Austrian or EU matters, we may handle the response under applicable notice-and-action, complaint, judicial, or alternative-dispute mechanisms instead of the American DMCA counter-notification procedure.
Material Outside Our Control
IPTVCore may be unable to remove material that:
- Is hosted entirely by an independent third party.
- Appears on a third-party application or website.
- Is controlled by a broadcaster, hosting provider, search engine, social platform, or external service.
- Cannot be identified from the information supplied.
Where appropriate, we may direct the complainant to contact the party that controls the material.
We will not claim that we host or control third-party content where that is not factually true.
No Admission of Liability
Reviewing, forwarding, restricting, correcting, or removing material in response to a complaint does not constitute an admission of infringement, ownership, liability, or wrongdoing.
Likewise, declining or delaying action does not constitute a determination that the complained-of use is lawful.
