- Check your internet connection. For smooth HD streaming, a stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended.
- Make sure your Xtream Codes (login details) are entered correctly. Note: upper and lower case matters.
- Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
- Restart your device, and your router/modem too.
- Using a VPN? Try a different server, or temporarily turn the VPN off to test whether that fixes the issue.
- Clear the cache in your IPTV player app, reopen it, and try again.
- Some internet providers throttle IPTV traffic. Suspect that's happening? A VPN often helps.
