Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Welcome to IPTVCore.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iptvcore.com, as well as the purchase and use of IPTVCore's subscription services.
By visiting the site, requesting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.
1. Legal Notice
The website iptvcore.com is operated by IPTVCore, which acts as a provider of IPTV streaming services across several European markets, with no physical registered office in Poland.
Full details of the legal entity are available on request via the Contact page.
- Publisher: IPTVCore
- Hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Contact: via the form on the Contact page or WhatsApp
2. About IPTVCore
What you're buying from IPTVCore is subscription login details plus setup help, intended for use with compatible IPTV players and devices.
The subscription service itself is the only thing we sell.
A purchase from us doesn't grant you ownership of or a licence to any third-party app. Some player apps are free, while others require separate payment made directly to their developer.
3. Requirements To Use The Service
To use the service, you must:
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Be 18 or older, or have reached the legal age required where you live.
- Provide us with genuine, up-to-date contact and payment details.
- Use the service solely for lawful purposes and your own personal use.
4. Ordering And Activation
Which subscription terms, device counts, currencies, and prices are offered appears on the market-specific page you're shown.
An order is considered approved once:
- Payment has been completed.
- The requested subscription has been approved.
- Activation details have been sent out.
Activation normally happens within the timeframe stated at order, but can take longer if payment needs verifying, during technical maintenance, or if customer details are incomplete.
5. Devices And Applications
It's the customer's sole responsibility to have access to:
- A compatible device.
- A compatible IPTV player.
- A stable internet connection.
- Any licence the chosen player requires for third-party apps.
IPTVCore may recommend apps that usually work well, but third-party apps are always governed by that developer's own terms, pricing, and privacy rules.
6. Permitted Use
Your subscription applies to the number of devices you've paid for.
It isn't permitted to:
- Attempt to bypass technical safeguards or restrictions built into the service.
- Let others use your login details, or resell them.
- Use the service on more devices than your paid subscription covers.
- Upload viruses or malware, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Record, republish, retransmit, or otherwise commercially exploit content within the service.
- Burden our servers, other customers' accounts, security systems, or other users with disruption.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access where there's reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, shared login details, or a security breach.
7. Access To Content
The lineup of channels, categories, languages, resolutions, schedules, and programmes can change over time.
Individual channels or content sources may temporarily stop working due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party changes, internet routing, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
We can't guarantee that every single channel will run uninterrupted at all times.
It's the customer's sole responsibility to make sure their use of the service and the available content complies with the law in their own country.
8. Pricing And Payment
Applicable prices appear on the market-specific page the customer sees.
Depending on which market is detected, prices may display in PLN, EUR, or another supported currency.
Before completing payment, the customer should check:
- Subscription term.
- Device count.
- Total price.
- The chosen payment method.
so everything matches before the purchase goes through.
Payments may be handled by external payment providers. When payment is handled by such a provider, IPTVCore doesn't need to store full card details itself.
9. Free Trial
A free trial may be limited in terms of duration, device count, available content, or whether you've already used a trial before.
We may decline repeated or abused trial requests.
The purpose of a trial is to let you evaluate the service — it isn't a guarantee that every device, player, network, or channel will perform identically once you've subscribed.
10. Refunds And Right Of Withdrawal
Refund requests are handled in line with IPTVCore's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
The voluntary 48-hour guarantee applies on top of, and doesn't reduce, the statutory rights you already have.
11. Support
You can reach our support at:
support@iptvcore.com
We can also help you via WhatsApp or other contact options listed on the site.
Support covers reasonable help activating your subscription and getting started with a compatible setup. We can't guarantee support for every conceivable device or third-party app.
12. Intellectual Property
The IPTVCore name, logo, website design, proprietary content, graphics, and software belong to IPTVCore or are used with permission.
You're not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or use material from our site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Names, apps, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription if:
- The account is repeatedly used on more devices than the subscription covers.
- We discover login details are being shared or resold to outside parties.
- The service is abused in violation of the law.
- The customer seriously breaches these terms.
- The customer attempts to sabotage or breach our systems.
- A payment turns out to be fraudulent or is later reversed.
Where reasonably possible, we explain the reason for the suspension and offer the chance to contact support.
15. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under the law.
To the extent the law allows, IPTVCore isn't liable for indirect losses or consequential damages caused by, for example:
- Internet connection interruptions.
- Incompatible devices.
- Third-party apps.
- Restrictions caused by a VPN service or internet provider.
- Outages at external content sources.
- Misconfiguration on the customer's part.
- Unauthorised sharing of login details.
16. Changes To The Service Or Terms
We may update the site, the service's features, pricing, or these terms whenever there's a reasonable need to.
Material changes apply from the date they're published or otherwise announced.
Changes don't reduce consumer rights that already arose through an earlier purchase.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where IPTVCore is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rules customers can rely on in their home country, including the rights guaranteed to consumers in Poland.
Disputes should first be directed to:
support@iptvcore.com
If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent consumer authority or court.
