Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Welcome to IPTVCore.
This page sets out, in English, the terms that govern your access to iptvcore.com and your purchase or use of IPTVCore's subscription services in France.
By browsing the site, requesting a trial, or buying a subscription, you're agreeing to the terms below.
1. Legal Notice
iptvcore.com is published by IPTVCore, which operates as a streaming-subscription reseller serving several European markets and does not maintain a registered physical office in France.
Full details of the publishing legal entity are available on request through the Contact page.
- Publisher: IPTVCore
- Hosting provider: Vercel Inc.
- Contact: via the Contact page form or WhatsApp
2. About IPTVCore
IPTVCore supplies subscription login details and the setup help that goes with them, for use with compatible IPTV player apps and devices.
The only thing we sell is the subscription service itself.
Buying a subscription doesn't hand you ownership of, or a licence to, any third-party app. Some player apps are free; others charge their own developer separately.
3. Eligibility
To use the service, you need to:
- Be 18 or older, or have reached the legal age where you live.
- Have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- Give us accurate contact and payment details.
- Only use the service for lawful, personal purposes.
4. Orders and Activation
Subscription lengths, device counts, currencies, and prices on offer are shown on the relevant market page.
An order counts as accepted once:
- Payment has cleared.
- The subscription requested has been approved.
- Activation details have gone out.
Activation usually happens within the window quoted during checkout, though payment checks, technical maintenance, or missing customer details can push that back.
5. Devices and Applications
It's on you, the customer, to have:
- A compatible device.
- A steady internet connection.
- A compatible IPTV player.
- Any third-party app licence the player you picked requires.
IPTVCore may point you toward apps known to work well, but third-party apps are still governed by their own developers' terms, pricing, and privacy rules.
6. Permitted Use
Your subscription covers the number of devices you paid for.
You may not:
- Share or resell your login details.
- Go over the device limit you purchased.
- Copy, redistribute, re-stream, rebroadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit the service.
- Try to get around technical restrictions.
- Interfere with servers, accounts, security controls, or other users.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.
We can suspend or cut off access wherever we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, credential sharing, or a security breach.
7. Content Availability
Which channels, categories, languages, resolutions, schedules, and programmes are available can change over time.
Individual channels or content feeds may go down temporarily because of maintenance, technical faults, changes on a third party's end, internet routing, or things outside our reasonable control.
We don't promise every single channel will be up without interruption at all times.
It's the customer's responsibility to make sure their use of the service, and anything they watch through it, complies with the law where they live.
8. Prices and Payments
Current prices show up on the market-specific page presented to you as a customer.
Depending on the market our systems detect, prices may show in EUR, GBP, or another currency we support.
Before paying, double-check:
- Subscription length.
- Number of devices.
- Total price.
- Your chosen payment method.
— all of it, before you complete the payment.
Payment details may be handled by outside payment providers. When that's the case, IPTVCore doesn't need to hold onto full card numbers itself.
9. Trials
A trial may come with limits on duration, device, content available, or whether you've had a trial before.
We can turn down repeated or abusive trial requests.
A trial is there to let you evaluate the service — it's not a promise that every device, player, network, or channel will behave exactly the same way once you subscribe.
10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Refund requests fall under the IPTVCore Refund Policy, alongside any consumer rights that can't be waived.
The voluntary 48-hour guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights — it doesn't take any of them away.
11. Support
You can reach support at:
support@iptvcore.com
We may also help out over WhatsApp or through other contact options shown on the site.
Support covers reasonable help with activating your subscription and getting a compatible setup running. We can't promise support for every third-party device or app out there.
12. Intellectual Property
The IPTVCore name, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and software all belong to IPTVCore, or are used with permission.
You can't copy, reproduce, alter, publish, or commercially use material from our website without our prior written say-so.
Names, apps, and trademarks belonging to third parties stay the property of whoever owns them.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information the way our Privacy Policy describes.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end a subscription if:
- Payment gets reversed or turns out to be fraudulent.
- Login details get shared or resold.
- Device limits are repeatedly exceeded.
- The service is put to unlawful use.
- Someone attacks or interferes with our systems.
- There's a material breach of these Terms.
Wherever we reasonably can, we'll explain why access was suspended and give you a chance to reach out to support.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that the law doesn't let us exclude.
To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTVCore isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from things like:
- Internet outages.
- Devices that aren't compatible.
- Third-party applications.
- VPN or ISP restrictions.
- Interruptions at an external content source.
- Configuration mistakes on the customer's end.
- Login details shared without authorisation.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the website, service features, prices, or these Terms whenever it's reasonably necessary.
Any material change takes effect from the date we publish it or otherwise let you know.
No change takes away consumer rights you've already gained under a purchase you've already made.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of IPTVCore's country of establishment, without taking away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you're entitled to where you live, including rights guaranteed to consumers in France.
Disputes should be raised first with:
support@iptvcore.com
If that doesn't resolve things, the matter can be brought before the relevant consumer authority or court.
