When you subscribe with IPTVCore, you get customer support, a full set of login details, and guidance through setup — all intended for use with compatible IPTV player apps and devices.

We have no control over what happens in the customer's own software, network environment, connection, or device settings. We also don't manufacture the TVs or streaming boxes used, and we're not affiliated with every player app mentioned on the site.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, IPTVCore does not claim ownership of logos, broadcaster names, programme titles, apps, channels, trademarks, or other third-party elements mentioned to identify the service or demonstrate compatibility.

Availability can be affected by internet traffic rerouting, VPN use, planned maintenance, restrictions from an internet provider, changes made by outside parties, device compatibility, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control. A channel, resolution, device, category, app, or feature being mentioned as compatible doesn't mean it's guaranteed to remain available forever.

The website's design, graphic material, editorial text, logo, the IPTVCore trademark, and other material created specifically for the site are owned by IPTVCore, or used under a valid licence.

Logos, trademarks, service marks, channel names, product names, app names, broadcaster names, and other protected marks belonging to third parties always remain the property of their respective owners.

Where a third-party trademark or app is mentioned, the intent is solely to explain compatibility, identify the service, or guide you as a user. It doesn't mean the rights holder endorses IPTVCore, has any connection to us, sponsors the service, or partners with us — unless we've explicitly stated so.

Protected material on the website may not be altered, distributed, exploited commercially, copied, republished, or reproduced without the rights holder's prior written consent. Copyright law covers software, audiovisual works, literary texts, and visual material, among other things, along with other works meeting the requirements for protection, and anyone wishing to use such a work must, where required, have obtained permission from the rights holder.

It's your own responsibility to ensure it's legal to watch a live broadcast, programme, channel, or other content, and to use a player app or IPTV subscription the way you do — both in Norway and in any other country you happen to be in while using the service.

IPTVCore has no way to verify the licensing status of every device, external source, app, programme, or channel a user might reach through the service.

Being technically able to reach certain content doesn't automatically give you the legal right to distribute, rebroadcast, commercially exploit, watch, record, or copy it.

If you're unsure, check with the rights holder, the app's developer, the platform, or the relevant TV channel, or consult an independent lawyer, before accessing or using the content.

A complete notice should include the following:

• Any supporting documentation reasonably needed for us to assess the matter.

IPTVCore may restrict access, remove a reference, review the content in question, request further information, confirm receipt of the notice, or take any other action proportionate to the situation.

Service providers covered by relevant EU/EEA digital-services regulation may be required to act within a reasonable time on sufficiently precise notices, once illegal content has been correctly identified. Submitting a notice, however, is no guarantee that anything is removed immediately — each case is assessed on its own facts and the rules applicable in that particular instance.

While the term "DMCA" is often used as shorthand for copyright infringement notices, it's the legislation applicable to the individual case that determines how notices concerning the Norwegian service are handled — the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act doesn't replace the copyright and intermediary-liability rules that apply in Norway and the EEA.
