Where a free trial is available, we recommend requesting one before buying a subscription.

A trial gives you the chance to:

• Try the service on your own device.
• Confirm it works with the IPTV player you plan to use.
• Check whether your internet connection holds up.
• Make sure the package on offer actually fits what you need.

A free trial is not a guarantee that every third-party channel, app, device, or internet connection will run without interruption.

Beyond any mandatory consumer rights that may apply, IPTVCore also offers a voluntary 48-hour money-back guarantee on eligible first-time subscription purchases.

The 48-hour window starts once the subscription credentials are delivered or activated.

Please include the email address or contact details used for the order, along with a short description of the issue.

A refund can typically be approved when:

• The service won't activate even after our setup instructions have been followed.
• A confirmed technical fault stops the subscription from working.
• What you received is materially different from the plan you paid for.
• The request comes in within the applicable refund window.

Before signing off on a technical refund, our support team may first ask you to run through some reasonable troubleshooting steps.

A refund request may be turned down when the underlying problem comes from:

• An unstable, restricted, or otherwise insufficient internet connection.
• A VPN, proxy, router, ISP restriction, or a device setting.
• A third-party player that isn't supported or is set up incorrectly.
• A licence fee or payment requirement tied to a third-party app.
• Not having followed the installation instructions.
• Sharing, reselling, or running the subscription on more devices than were purchased.
• A temporary outage affecting a single channel or an external content source.
• A request made after the applicable refund window has closed, with no legal basis for cancellation.

We only sell the IPTV subscription itself. Any third-party player licence, activation fee, or app purchase sits outside that and isn't refundable by IPTVCore.

Where it's technically feasible, customers on longer subscriptions can ask for:

• A device switch.
• A change to a compatible package.
• Fresh login credentials.

Whether we can approve it depends on the subscription's status, technical availability, and whether the change would call for extra devices or services.

Subscriptions can't be handed off or resold to someone else without our written approval.

Consumers may hold mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under the laws that apply to them.

Consumers in the European Economic Area, including in the Netherlands, generally have a 14-day withdrawal period on online purchases. Special rules apply where a digital service starts immediately at the consumer's express request. Nothing in this policy cuts back on rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where reasonably possible, approved refunds go back through the original payment method.

How long the funds take to show up depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
