Troubleshooting Tips
- Check your internet connection. For smooth HD streaming, a stable connection of at least 15-20 Mbps is recommended.
- Make sure your Xtream Codes (login details) are entered correctly. Note: upper- and lowercase letters matter.
- Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
- Restart your device, and also your router/modem.
- Using a VPN? Try a different server, or turn the VPN off temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- Clear the cache in your IPTV player app, reopen it and try again.
- Some internet providers throttle IPTV traffic. Suspect this is happening? A VPN can often help.
