Refund Policy

Where a free trial is available, we strongly recommend testing the service before going ahead with a purchase.

During the trial, you'll have time to:

• Confirm the plan you're interested in actually covers what you want to watch.
• See how the service performs on the exact device you plan to use day to day.
• Find out whether your preferred IPTV player works properly with the service.
• Check whether your internet connection can stream the service without interruption.

A free trial is not a guarantee that every single channel, app, device, or third-party internet connection will work entirely without interruption.

If you're subscribing with us for the first time, you have 48 hours to change your mind and get your money back, entirely separate from whatever rights the law already gives you. The guarantee is an addition on our part — it takes nothing away from the rights you already hold as a consumer.

The 48 hours start counting from the moment your login details are sent or activated.

Include the email address or contact details used when ordering, and briefly describe what the issue is.

A refund can normally be approved in the following cases:

• The request is submitted within the applicable refund window.
• The service cannot be activated despite following our setup instructions.
• A confirmed technical fault means the subscription cannot be used.
• What you're given access to clearly differs from the plan you paid for.

Before approving a refund tied to a technical issue, our support team may first ask you to work through some reasonable troubleshooting steps.

We may decline a refund where the cause of the issue is:

• The setup instructions weren't followed.
• Your internet connection is unstable, speed-limited, or otherwise insufficient.
• A VPN, proxy, router, carrier restriction, or device setting is interfering with streaming.
• The subscription is shared with others, resold, or run on more devices than you paid for.
• The request is submitted after the refund window has already passed, with no statutory right of withdrawal applying.
• A single channel or external content source is temporarily unavailable.
• The third-party player you're using lacks support or is misconfigured.
• A licence or payment fee tied to a third-party app, not to our service.

We only sell the IPTV subscription itself. Licences, activation fees, or purchases tied to a third-party player fall outside this and cannot be refunded by IPTVCore.

Where technically possible, customers on longer subscriptions can request to:

• Have new login details issued.
• Switch which device the subscription is used on.
• Switch to a different plan, provided it's compatible.

Whether such a request can be approved depends on the subscription's status, what's technically possible, and whether the change would require additional devices or services.

A subscription may not be transferred or resold to another person without our written approval.

As a consumer, you may hold mandatory rights to cancel or withdraw under the legislation applicable to you.

Consumers within the EEA, including Denmark, normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. Special rules apply when a digital service begins immediately at the consumer's explicit request. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

If your refund is approved, we return the funds using the same method you originally paid with, as far as practically possible.

After that, how quickly the amount actually appears in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
