Where available, we encourage customers to request a free trial before purchasing a subscription.

The trial allows you to:

• Test the service on your device.
• Check compatibility with your preferred IPTV player.
• Evaluate the stability of your internet connection.
• Confirm that the available package suits your needs.

A free trial does not guarantee that every third-party channel, application, device, or internet connection will operate without interruption.

In addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply, IPTVCore offers a voluntary 48-hour money-back guarantee on eligible first-time subscription purchases.

The 48-hour period begins when the subscription credentials are delivered or activated.

Your request should include the email address or contact details used for the order and a brief explanation of the issue.

A refund may be approved where:

• The service cannot be activated despite following our setup instructions.
• A verified technical issue prevents the subscription from functioning.
• The service materially differs from the plan purchased.
• The request is submitted within the applicable refund period.

Before approving a technical refund, our support team may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

A refund may be declined where the issue is caused by:

• An unstable, restricted, or insufficient internet connection.
• A VPN, proxy, router, ISP restriction, or device configuration.
• An unsupported or incorrectly configured third-party player.
• A third-party application licence or payment requirement.
• Failure to follow the installation instructions.
• Sharing, reselling, or using the subscription on more devices than purchased.
• Temporary interruption of an individual channel or external content source.
• A request made after the applicable refund period without a legal basis for cancellation.

We sell the IPTV subscription only. Any third-party player licence, activation fee, or application purchase is separate and is not refundable by IPTVCore.

Where technically possible, customers with longer subscriptions may request:

• A device change.
• A compatible package adjustment.
• Updated login credentials.

Approval depends on the subscription status, technical availability, and whether the requested change would require additional devices or services.

Subscriptions cannot be transferred or resold to another person without our written approval.

Consumers may have mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under the laws applicable to them.

For Norwegian and EEA consumers, online purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period. Special rules apply when a digital service begins immediately at the consumer's request. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
